1.Open paper03 and frame07 copy and paste paper as new layer on the frame and move layer down and select the eraser tool and remove extra paper outside of the frame layer. Now select the laying down witch poser copy and paste as new layer and place her in the middle of the frame and add a drop shadow if you like.

2.Open the 3 brooms with bow copy and paste as new layer and place over on the rightside of the frame, now open the white and purple swirl sucker and resize by 70% copy and paste as new layer and place on the other side of the frame, and add a drop shadow any settings.

3.Now open the green swirly tree and copy and paste as new layer and duplicate 3 more times and move them around the back of the frame layer so you see it out the side of the frames. Open the pumpkin with the candy and reszie by 50% copy and paste as new layer and place over by the brooms.

4.Open the spider with a hat the one you like and also resize that and place over by the pumpkin with the candy and add a drop shadow with the setting you like.

5. Open any one of the cupcakes you like and resize it by 70% and copy and paste as new layer and place at the bottom of the swirl sucker and add a drop shadow. Now open the candy corn anyone is fine and also we have to resize that a little.

6. Copy and paste as new layer at the bottom of the cupcake. Now open the little candies and also do the same and we going to place them beside the candy corn. Now add the word art Trick or Treat and the correct copyright info, and your done!
