1.Open el11 which is a frame and select a tube you like to use and copy and paste as new layer and place behind frame and center it for it will be just right!! Now open pp06 layers/load mask. Then layers/merge group.

2.Now we got to resize that i done mine 95% x3, then copy and paste your frame/tube as new layer.Add a drop shadow if you like. Open el27 copy and paste as new layer and then also duplicate and place these down at bottom of the frame.

3.Move one layer under the frame layer and make sure the top layer is selected and select the ereaser tool and remove the string part of the \ ribbon. Open the el30 and image/free roatate 90 then move to bottom of frame on top of the ribbon then duplicate/imagemirror.

4.Open the rose and resize by 50% copy and paste as new layer and place down at bottom of frame, then dup;icate 3 times and place them all along the bottom. Open the el16 butterfly and resize by 50% copy and paste as new layer and duplicate it and resize it by 70%

5.And place one at bottom on the flowers and the smaller one image/mirror and place at top corner. Now open the keys and resize by 50% and place them down by the flowers and move layer down under flowers so you dont see the string.

6.Open el17 the sparkles copy and paste them as new layer place it where you like, I just centered it on my tag, Layers/merge invisiable, You will have to resize to what you like. Add correct copyright info and your done..
